Hrushikesh brings over 19 yrs. of expertise in all phases and methods of project delivery. This includes, Feasibility studies, Development of design through coordination with architectural engineering and construction staff. This also includes supervision of construction documents, contract negotiation, cost management & construction administration. Prior forming DESKON, Hrushikesh has worked with Hafeez contractor, Plan Arch, Neptune, Kalpataru Ltd & Piramal realty

Prior forming DESKON, Prashant has worked with Premnath, Talati & Panthaki, Karim Noorani & Piramal realty
